This is was first post of the year, and I want to share some ideas and tools I’ll be using in 2025 to achieve my financial goals. These are **my personal targets**, but I hope they can serve as inspiration for others looking to improve their financial situation. ## 💰 Income Streams: Time to Supercharge Them In 2024, I successfully changed careers, which was excellent because it allowed me to **optimize my routine** and become much more productive than before. I also opened new income sources throughout the year. Now, it’s time to invest time and energy to **give them real power**. ### **Primary Job** I have an excellent job that I perform during the week. This year, my focus is to: * **Identify and improve my weak points** * **Gain deeper understanding** of topics that are vital at work * **Shadow colleagues** who excel in these areas and have more conversations with them * **Dedicate one extra hour daily** to learning and studying these subjects _By year-end, that’s 200+ additional hours of learning invested in my mind._ ### **Cryptocurrency** I continue with my **Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA)** strategy and plan to keep executing it. I have a substantial amount of money coming in the first quarter from an investment I made and requested withdrawal at the end of last year. This money will return with interest, and I want to use it to apply **Meyer’s multiples strategy** in crypto as well. I also have several assets in lending programs, generating **monthly interest income**, which keeps me comfortable with my crypto portfolio. ### **Writing and Content Creation** I’ve always loved reading – this habit has been with me since childhood. I’ve created content for the internet in the past, though admittedly without much consistency. But in 2024, I **found the courage** and increased my precision to finally start writing from the heart and mind for you all. I really missed having a place where I could ask questions to someone more experienced without having to pay for it. So I’ll write and create content here and on other channels to: * **Generate income** * **Share knowledge freely** (because it’s become a habit I truly enjoy) ### **NYSE/Stock Markets** I frequently monitor both the **NYSE and local stock markets**. I want to apply ** short-term strategies** to capture profits in brief time periods and close positions quickly. My focus remains on **US dollars, gold, and crypto**, but I see opportunities to trade stocks profitably. ## 💸 Expenses: Learning to Take Hits (And They Don’t Hurt as Much) Last year, I had to make several investments in **image and relationships** to expand beyond my usual social circle. This was reflected in my expenses, mainly spending on **dining out and social events**. This year, I have bigger events to achieve: **buying a car, traveling, and getting married**. So this category wouldn’t surprise me if it increased to **level up my lifestyle**. ### **Housing** This expense will rise due to **inflation adjustments**. Currently, I rent my place. Since I’m getting married, I need: * A **larger apartment** * **Better location** for my future wife’s commute to work ### **Groceries** Will **definitely increase**. The inflation rate is high and I believe it will only continue rising. ### **Transportation** I spend very little here currently. I don’t have a car yet but plan to get one for: * **Safer and more practical transportation** * **Emergency situations** (my mother has a health condition and I want the ability to help and visit her when needed) * **Short trips** where it makes a significant difference _While Uber and Lyft are good options, I worry about drivers who aren’t having their best day and make abrupt maneuvers._ ### **Health and Appearance** I continue improving and building in this area. I believe a **well-calibrated self- image brings more confidence**, which allows you to feel good and interact better with others. My health is a **vital pillar** in my life, and I want to keep refining it in the best way possible. ### **Education** For this year, I have goals to: * **Read books** on different topics * **Continue studying Spanish** (it’s a company requirement and I feel it will be vital for the future) This will generate expenses, but I **love investing** in this area. ## 📈 Assets: Income Generators Currently, I have: * **Crypto generating income** through staking * **Writing and content creation** across multiple platforms All this work is just beginning. I’ve set a **5-year horizon without expecting profits** while massively building value on the internet. If someone reads something and gains something positive from it, **I’ve completed my mission**. _The asset stack construction should be completed by the end of this year._ ## 📉 Liabilities: Gained Many Gray Hairs Here… I have my entire focus on **income generation and asset investments**. Like anyone, I have liabilities. Most are **spread across credit card payments**. I don’t intend to use my cash flow to pay off any debt. Instead, I’ll **increase my income** and make these liabilities feel insignificant. However, I have **3 major goals** for the year: 1. **Get married** 2. **Travel** 3. **Buy a car** This column should stay busy until **June**, which is when I believe my efforts will start gaining more traction. ## 🎯 Summary This year is when I must **put everything I’ve learned into practice** and gain precision about what I want, need, and should do and become. In my opinion, **this is the key point**. By increasing my precision and understanding of things, I believe I can: * **Say no to “opportunities”** * **Focus on the right causes** that will guide me to my desired life scenario I hope you can follow me on this journey and that we can all gain valuable knowledge throughout the process. --- _What are your financial goals for 2025?
